    All in all, it was excellent home base for travelling to Jomtien Beach. The staff were nice and welcoming and took care of us. Location: the hotel was very close to the beach, night Market, and convenience store.

    The room was tidy, the staff were polite and courteous. Favourable, perfectly comfortable location in the middle of jackson. And just off the beach and convenience store, Pattaya and night Market...

    Quite small bathroom.

    I chose this hotel for attending a synod as it provided 2 meeting rooms for events. The business center was well-equipped and convenient for my work needs. The dry cleaning/laundry services and 24-hour front desk were also helpful during my stay.

    The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. It would have been more efficient for me to have a stable internet connection in my room to carry out my work responsibilities seamlessly.

    The room was large and cozy and came with a bathtub. the hotel provided coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. - the location is very convenient, being close to the beach, a convenience store, night market, and Pattaya. - There are many restaurant options nearby, such as Restaurant Pataan which is just a 20-minute walk away.

    I was eager to visit Underwater World Pattaya during my stay, and that's why I chose Golden hotel. But the hotel's featured amenity of dry cleaning/laundry services pleasantly surprised me. This was extremely convenient as I could keep my clothes clean and fresh throughout my trip.

    Breakfast options were below standard. Pool area needs better cleaning.

    The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach was great, allowing easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The view from the balcony was good, giving me a nice glimpse of the surroundings. The comfortable rooms and good housekeeping ensured a pleasant stay. The well-maintained rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to relax and cool off. The excellent Wi-Fi connectivity was a bonus for staying connected.
